Q: What was your approach to designing solution?

A: It took a commitment from Andy and his team, but we decided on a lean approach where we value stream mapped the panel shop. This enable us to identify functional requirements additional opportunities for future CI. From there we prototyped the user interface and held reviews with key players within Andy’s team to gain alignment and buy-in.

Q: Was the approach used to design your TrakSYS installation effective?

A: The approach minimized the amount of change required to implement a production solution and resulted in a well-received and quickly adopted as an easier way to complete their daily responsibilities. Without this, a great system may have gone to the wayside.
